- 1 / 5By rallye raidrWent in to buy a take away flat white. I was still waiting 20 mins later and asked for some hurry up. Was presented with a very lukewarm concoction and when asked for it to be heated up I got a surly response from the the woman called Jess.
Really, its not rocket science is it? Customer pays for 1 coffee, expects this to be made and handed over with a degree of politeness.
