- 3 / 5By Andrew Stuart"Pretty Average, and Yet, We Were Somehow Expecting More!" There is another 'similar' place with the same style of customer service as this one, and that is the Coffee Club opposite Bunnings in Joondalup! Service was VERY slow, and they got our order wrong (again). Coffee was pretty average. Friendly & efficient customer service was, well... should we say - missing in action! Staff at this place could do well with realising that a simple smile doesn't take much effort (especially the three staff members that served us). They looked like they had just pulled a 14-hour night shift the day prior, and then were expected to be 'back-on-board' for the early breakfast start. This is now two Coffee Club venue's that we definitely won't coming back to! Better service around the corner. by Jenny & AndrewDecember 14, 2016
